That’s where we come in. When a physician detects a change in a patient’s capabilities, Boca Home Care Services is often the first call they will make. We will send a care manager out to the patient’s home and discuss options for bringing a home health aide into the house.
The relationship is reciprocal, as well. When a caregiver notices a difference in a client’s mental or physical health, we can alert the client’s physician and appropriate intervention can be taken weeks or even months earlier than would otherwise have been possible.
