Boca Home Care Services wishes a very happy Independence Day to our clients and families. Even on a Wednesday it is a wonderful opportunity to take advantage of community activities, go to your clubhouse or any BBQ.

Watch your diet and watch beautiful fireworks.  No excuses, plan ahead and socialize with friends, family and neighbors.  It is a time for Caregivers to let someone else take charge for a few hours. We are all proud Americans on our countries birthday, thankfully older than us.

Remeber to stay hydrated as we are in summer 90s in South Florida. Watch your step and be careful not to fall. Most importantly, it is a time to have fun! Get out of your apt. or home and celebrate with your fellow Americans.
