How long have you been in business?

Answer:

Boca Home Care Services has been in business since 1998.

Question:

What is your primary product or service?

Answer:

Private duty, in home, Caregivers, Home Health Aides (CNA, HHA) respite care and short term elder care planning.

Question:

How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) – What is your background? (If owner or store manager)

Answer:

The genesis of our company began with Geriatric Care Management. I have my Master’s in Social Work and began my career in Elder Care as a visiting Social Worker.

How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?

Answer:

We take time and have the skills to create a match that can last over time. Our sister agency is a Medicare certified agency (Boca Home Care) which gives us the ability to take care of the person medically as well. Our company is operated through a Social Work perspective which means we are eclectic and can meet current needs, crisis situations and longer term planning with the client and their family. We are a lot more than a staffing company. We are a complete Elder Care Service.

How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?

Answer:

We are licensed in Broward and Palm Beach County. We always have plans to grow and serve.

Answer:

Take 95 to Yamoto. Go east on Yamato to NW 2nd Ave. Make a left on NW 2nd Ave and you will see two white buildings on the right side. we are 4700

What type of payments do you accept?

Answer:

The Medicare side is paid through Medicare. We accept Long Term Care insurance and private payment for non-medical caregivers.

Which areas do you service?

Answer:

We service Broward and Palm Beach County. From Hallandale through North Palm Beach.

Who owns your company or runs daily operations?

Answer:

Cheryl Saragossi, GCM is the Administrator.

What are your hours of operation?

Answer:

Our office hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Saturday. Our 24 hour phone service is always available. All queries are answered promptly
